Here is some general information about the Unity workshop that I will be giving on Tuesday.

What is Unity? It's a game engine (used to develop videogames), that you can download and use for free. It can do real-time graphics, interaction, VR/AR and so on, and it can be appropriated in many different ways besides videogames -will show some examples from my work. With Unity, you can easily develop applications for most platforms, like OSX, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS etc.

The workshop is intended to give a brief introduction to familiriarize people with the Unity environment as well as how to start working with it, and it will provide a few diverse examples to get a sense of what it can be used for.

Please download UnityHub, and from that Unity version 2019.2.2xx (so we all have the same) you will need to make a Unity account in order to run it (free)
